Rich's ultimate goal when working with organizations is to unleash the "Genius Factor" of each team.

Each person has an intelligence quotient (aka their I. Q.) and very few people have a genius-level I.Q. But when the I.Q numbers of an entire team are added together, that number far exceeds genius level.

Once the personal and relational barriers of the a team are removed, the team is then free to function to full capacity. Then the Genius Factor is unleashed and brilliant work becomes the norm!
