Rich’s Bio

After completing a military tour of duty in Vietnam as a Sergeant, combat infantryman, Rich enjoyed a 25-year career with Ryder Systems where he rose from an entry-level position in the early 1970’s to being selected to successfully lead the Automotive Carrier Division’s Corporate Culture development in the early 1990s.

Rich used his extra ordinary communication ability, trustworthy leadership style, and creative problem solving approach as he applied his exceptional interpersonal skills to complete that endeavor.

In February 1997, Rich established his own company providing organizational, executive, and personal coaching, where he continues to be active today.
